A Hike at the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy

Back on the afternoon of November 3, I went for a hike on the grounds of the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy near Schwenksville, Montgomery County, PA. It was another beautiful, fall day. Below are some photos from the afternoon.

  1. Beautiful photos--I bet there are no leaves of color now!

  2. Is that a cedar waxwing in the last photo, Tim? So beautiful.

Wishing you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving! :)

  3. Beautiful moments!!!! You inspired me. It's cold right now in Utah and ugly. And suddenly I realized that I miss these beautiful moments and you can find them, Tim, you always can find something special and touching.

    Great, it's so great!!!!

I wish you a blessed Thanksgiving and happy!!!!!

  4. The light was gloomy that day. Christmas time
will soon be there, the berries on the branch are ready for birds.
What a nice hike you had !

  5. Pretty set, I see the Fall colors are still there. Pretty bird singing.

  6. Such lovely photos. I'm so glad you shared your walk with us.

  7. What a beautiful, delightful walk. Love the fungi and the river.
    Such eye candy.

  8. Pictures really do speak more than a thousand words, Tim. You "speak" so well.

  9. Thanks, sage. Only a few very sparse leaves of color can be found now. I saw a few on Thanksgiving day.

Thanks, nancy. Glad you enjoyed my photos. Hope you, too, had a joyous Thanksgiving day.

Thanks, kaya. I try to find beautiful things to share. We all need that element in our lives.

Thanks, cergie. It was a wonderful hike.

Thanks, sue anne. At that point pretty colors were still somewhat abundant but not so much anymore. It was a great hike.

Thanks, hilary. Glad you could share in my walk via my blog.

Thanks, photowannabe. It is eye candy, isn't it? And so much more than that!

Thanks, ginnie. Glad you find my photos so meaningful.

  10. Such beautiful autumn views. I guess that will all change with the onset of winter...although winter does have its own beauty, doesn't it! Thanks for stopping by!
