Hiking the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek

This past Tuesday, I went for a hike along the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek near Perkasie, Bucks County, PA. It was a beautiful warm day with a mixture of clouds and sun. But the spirit of autumn was in the air and all around as the following pictures will show.

  1. Beautiful photos! It looks like a nice hike

  2. Where are these young male ducks going so fastly ? They will keep their beautiful feathers during all winter.
Of course leaves are especially spectacular but I enjoy the small golden stars the best today.

  3. Fabulous autumn pictures, Tim. No wonder I love this time of the year more than any other!

  4. The leaves are changing and falling fast.
The three ducks are charming and just a gorgeous day to enjoy nature.

  5. A most lovely autumn post! The photos are so delicate, colorful and stunning. You have captured the beauty of the fall season perfectly!

  6. Lovely fall images. It looks like a fine place for a hike. Thanks for taking me along.

  7. Thanks, jeff. It was quite an enjoyable hike.

Thanks, cergie. The ducks I think were trying to get as far away from me as they could - picture shy. ;)

Thanks, ginnie. The leaves were gorgeous. I went out for another hike today at another location and before long it will be about over.

Thanks, sue anne. It was a gorgeous day to enjoy nature.
