Flowers Around Town

Every so often I enjoy taking walks around town to see what flowers are blooming nearby. The flowers below are some I enjoyed a little over a week ago. Some day we are going to have our own place for such beautiful flowers.

  4. Tim, I also like to walk around town to look at flowers. These are beautiful flowers. And I was very glad to find out that we also have thesw flowers where I live (Northern Utah). My favorite flower is violet iris. It's absolutely beautiful.

Excellent and colorful pictures of beautiful flowers!!!! I love them very much!

  6. The flowers in your photos are lovely. I also enjoy looking at flowers. When we were in Paris we went to several parks and it was a joy to take pictures of all the roses I saw. We don’t have much of a yard here because of too many pine trees but we have flowers in planters, annuals like petunia and daisies – it’s so nice to watch them from the kitchen window.

  7. Certainly one of our (the human being) great habits is planting flowers to enhance the landscape. That we can be so sensitive to our surroundings gives me hope. Thanks for the reminder.

  8. Wide opening your eyes is a good idea, Tim, then you will know how to grow your own flowers. And yet I know it was for long a tradition in your family.
Summer time will soon be here. Can you imagine that : I must pick my redcurrant already...
